Cell strings adopt laser welding. By adjusting welding power, it is compatible with soft pack, cylindrical and square cell module assembly.
The laser welding machine is mainly used for module welding composed of cylindrical and soft pack cells, usually for aluminum-aluminum or copper-aluminum welding. It requires beautiful weld seams with a width greater than 1mm.

Product Overview

The Prismatic Battery Laser Welding Machine is designed for continuous laser welding of power battery aluminum cases and battery components.

Integrated with an automated welding platform, the machine delivers stable welding quality, high efficiency and flexible customization according to customer production requirements.

In addition to battery case sealing welding, the system can also be used for busbar welding, tab-to-cap welding, explosion-proof valve welding, electrolyte filling port welding and battery module nickel strip welding.
